Christopher Bailey, Creative Director of Burberry took up his role in 2001 and is responsible for the company’s overall image including all advertising, corporate art direction, store design and visuals as well as the design of all Burberry collections and product lines. Last year he formed part of the team who set up The Burberry Foundation, its mission is to help young people realise their dreams and potential through the power of their creativity. It dedicates its resources to help young people build confidence, make connections in their communities, and grasp opportunities to succeed. The aim of the Foundation is to empower young people to use their intellectual creativity — that which will help them to imagine and achieve their life goals. Christopher’s previous roles have included senior designer womenswear at Gucci and Donna Karan. Here are 4 of my chosen looks from the pre-collection.
